Warnock plays down talk of a permanent Reading switch for Murray

Crystal Palace striker Glenn Murray is not on the cusp of turning his loan move to Reading into a permanent switch and could be recalled any time, according to manager Neil Warnock.
Reports this week claimed a deal was in place to take the forward to the Madejski Stadium on a permanent basis once his loan deal expires in January.
Murray, who has scored three times in seven games for the Royals since joining in September, wasn't thought to be part of Warnock's plans at Selhurst Park but the Palace boss has hinted otherwise.
"It's within our powers as and when we call him back," Warnock stated.
"Glenn wanted to play week-in-week-out. I could see his point of view, he came and saw me and pleaded with me to give him the chance.
"I felt he deserved it after what he had done for the club. He was one of the main reasons the club got promoted so I felt obliged to let him have some games, he wasn't going to get a regular game here."
